tailoring labs, craft workshops and CSR programmes in seven states and union territories — each built around one promise: a certificate, a job
or an enterprise of one's own.

Every year has added a new state, a new partner or a new skill to our work. Here is how the journey has unfolded so far.
2022
Under PM-DAKSH — sponsored by the National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC), with the Skill Council for Green Jobs — we trained safai karamcharis in Bandia (Udham Singh Nagar) and Pilkha in Uttarakhand, and in Sidhauli, Sitapur, in Uttar Pradesh.
2023
Women trained as tailors at our skill centre in Aurangabad and in Dhule district with the Maharashtra State Skill Development Society. Suryamitra solar technicians trained under PMKVY at Mauda, Nagpur. And in November, Project Samrudhi — the Crompton CSR Foundation's initiative with ESSCI — took us to Shopian in Jammu & Kashmir.
2025
Suryamitra batches at our Kichha centre. Guru–Shishya Aipan training, design and entrepreneurship workshops in Dharchula and Ghatdhar. Improved toolkits for artisans under the National Handicrafts Development Programme. The Best Master Assessor Award in Handicraft, presented at Gandhi Darshan, New Delhi. And on 28 December, Devbhoomi Emporia opened in Bhimtal, sponsored by the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts).
2026
A letter of appreciation from the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand for our work in rural development and women empowerment. UPSDM batches in Rampur and Moradabad. World Earth Day at Kichha. And on 23 September, an MoU to continue as a Project Implementing Agency under DDU-GKY 2.0.
